To this end, this course in Hotel Operations features both historical perspectives and discussions of new trends in a variety of sectors. Our goal is to provide students with the most up-to-date content with the intent that the next generation of hospitality leaders will be fully prepared to great the challenges of this dynamic industry.

Set out in a series of 4 focused modules, this course is designed to provide the students with in-depth insight into the practice of Hotel Operations.
With topics ranging from Career Planning, External forces affecting the Industry, Managing Human Resources and Financial Controls to Planning and Leadership & Directing – 4 Weeks of part time or 2 ½ Weeks of full-time study will provide an excellent base to kick start a career.
NOTE! English is the worldwide standard language in Tourism and therefore this course is presented in English, along with a detailed English / Swedish Industry terms dictionary.

The fee for the course Certified in Hotel Operations is SEK 20 500. You can pay in three different ways. The entire fee on one invoice. Per module in advance for SEK 5 125. Partial payment for 12 months for SEK 1 917 per month. All fees include VAT.
